It is important to judge and evaluate a campaign by its success. Were the aimed results achieved and were there any prior goals identified at all?

Successful campaign management consists of a combination of marketing activities based on relevant content and support from telemarketing and sales. A good planning is needed which focuses on the segmented target group(s) and where they are on the buying journey. However, the target group should be reachable through the own database, external data, or social media. A campaign can be very impressive, but if the campaign does not reach the target group, or if the provided content is not relevant, then the efforts are ineffective.
